Catawba Farm Fest
Catawba Farm Fest – New in 2012
I’ve made mention of the Catawba Farm Fest here and there in the last month or so. If you aren’t usually an “early adopter,” you should make an exception for this festival.
The band lineup is stellar, the food is homegrown and home-cooked, and the art and craft vendors will make Southwest VA feel honored to claim them as their own.
It really doesn’t get any more local or grassroots than this.
The vendor application deadline is coming up very soon so I want to be sure all of you artists, artisans and food vendors out there are aware of this festival. Spread the word! The application and details about participation can be found here: http://catawbafarmfest.org/vendors.php And if you decide to do this show, you’ll see me there. I’m the official “Craft Coordinator” for the event. I won’t be jurying the applications but I’ll be on-site throughout the festival to help get everyone set up and make sure the weekend goes smoothly.
